Taco Dip

12 Ounces softened cream cheese
½ Cup sour cream
2 Tsp. chili powder
1½ Tsp. ground cumin
Tsp. ground red pepper
½ Cup Salsa - Of course Pace Picanti is the best !!
2 Cups shredded lettuce
1 Cup (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 Cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
½ Cup diced tomatoes
Cup sliced green onions
¼ Cup sliced ripe olives
¼ Cup sliced pimento stuffed green olives
Tortilla chips

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin and red pepper in large bowl and mix until well blended.

Stir in salsa.

Spread onto 10" serving platter lined with lettuce.

Top with cheeses, tomatoes, green onions and olives and serve with chips.
