Spoon Bread 

Mix and cook until thick - stir constantly
1 Cup stone ground White cornmeal
3 Cups water

Remove from heat and add
1/2 Cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 Cup Crisco

In separate bowl beat:
2 Eggs

Add to eggs:
1 Cup milk
1 Cup flour
1 tsp Baking powder

add to first mixture and pour into 8" baking pan.

Drizzle melted butter over the top.Bake at 400° for 45-50 minutes.
