Famous Pumpkin Pie

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (16 Oz)solid pack Pumpkin
¾ cup sugar
½ Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. ground cinnamon
½ Tsp. ground ginger
¼ Tsp. ground cloves
1½ Cups (12 oz can) undiluted Evaporated milk
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine filling ingredients in order given.

Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce temperature to 350° and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Cool and then cover with Saran Wrap. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
