Creamy Pecan Praline

1 stick margarine or butter
2 cups sugar
Dash salt
1 small can condensed milk
Dash vanilla
2 cups pecan halves

Melt butter; add sugar and stir; add salt and milk. Allow to boil then turn down heat. Stir constantly. When sugar forms soft ball in cold water, add vanilla and pecans. Turn out on wax paper. Servings: 4
