Lemon cheesecake tasting, wonderfully nice texture dessert.
1~small box of sugar free lemon jello (if you are crafty you can make your own)
1~cup boiling water
2~8 oz. packages of cream cheese softened
2~tablespoons of lemon juice
Directions:
Mix jello with boiling water until well dissolved. Add both packages of cream cheese. Mix well until no lumps are visible. Add the lemon juice. You got it! Keep on mixing. Once all is well mixed, pour into an 8"x8" and place in the fridge until set. |
