I am an adult student at Palomar College in San Marcos/Escondido California. Originally, I only wanted to learn how to make a web page. I first took a class called "Page Layout for the Internet" in the Graphics Communications Dept.
This web site was a class project.
Within the first couple of days I knew that I *must* take a paint package, such as PhotoShop. I saw from the students around me that you could be so much more creative with a PhotoShop type package in your skills inventory. And the list went on. Now I've been here since '98 and going for a degree. I think education in this field could be neverending. There will always be something new to learn.
Now I'm taking animation classes. Really cool stuff. Take a look at my first Flash project.
