Steve White, coming into his 14th year as an assistant at Palomar College, comes from a background of football. White was an All-Metro Conference first team selection at Los Angeles Valley College in 1978, he then moved on to start two years at University of Utah where he recieved All-Rocky Mountain West honors, he stayed in Utah as a graduate assistant, then move to Valley for two years as their offensive line coach before coming to Palomar, White now lives in Bonsall
