Paul McGowen set the Palomar College record of 13 interceptions and recieved the Kevin Kelley award while earning All-Mission conference honors in both 1984-5, His coaching experience includes 2 years at Newport Harbor where he was an All-Sunset league first team choice. this will be his 9th season as an assistant coach at Palomar College. McGowen and his wife Lori live in Fallbrook along with their two children.
